if i ever have to do a lvl 4 offense, you are totaly erased.
if you are perm. banned i wont delete all ur rp topics's just ur profile. but if your lvl 4'd, i have to delete ur account ban ur ip, email and name, and erase all of your posts and totaly delete you from the board and any other boards i use and report you to proboards. note that only i may use a lvl 4, since its my board.
i am restricting the perm. bans and the deleteion of existance for on;lly my aprroval.
