Hmmm, the way I see it we have two options:
1) Flee to morrish, evac the entire mall and organise a massive defence at Morrish.
2) Stay and fight over the SE corner at the cost of many survivor lives.
Its your call, ive left the decision up to the rest of my group. Whatever they are up for. They're all suicidal so TNR will probable we hanging around the SE corner.
