Look at the shirt the catgirl is wearing in the 4th panel. I strongly suspect the comic is the source of the phrase in UD. Where Randy might have gotten it (or whether he made it up himself) I really couldn't tell you.
In other news, I'm dead and wishing for a revive 1S of the Morrish Building. If you're still in Giddings, I suggest you leave quickly. It's been a valiant battle, but 300+ zombies inside the mall with a corner already ruined cannot be repulsed under the current rules - barring Kevan introducing a Tommy gun within the next couple of hours and making it available in every building in Pitneybank...
