Actually, that's not bad, I'd buy it. I should post some pics of my place, it's pretty spartan, almost to the point of unpresentable (Is that a word?) From my perspective, you have your own place, ten acres of land, and it's Canada. If I was in your position, I'd walk outside naked every morning and just hang out, take it all in (And I mean that in the least creepy was possible). I'd go nuts with it, man.
