The age isnt the issue here.
It comes down to how you classify the undead and this would be in the type of undead.
Theres two types
A) the undead that come back from being already dead like "...of the Dead" series
B) the infected "undead" from movies like 28 days.
In example A, it could be best argued that they are dead so therefore any laws pertaining to age or consent do not apply. So in that scenario its Necrophilia but not any degree of rape.
In example B, it could be argued that the undead infected with the virus are a lot like the mentally handicapped as this is a disease/virus, so the laws that apply to the mentally handicapped apply to them. However, the issue comes down to whether or not the infected age, because this would mean they are not dead (so not necrophilia), rather it would be a case of rape.
So the moral here is to make sure that if you're fucking zombies that you are either part of a Military Contractor Corporation where the law of the land doesn't apply to you at all (look at Iraq, not one military contractor involved in abu ghraib has ever been prosecuted), or you are in a territory where the law does not apply such as Chechnya or the territories occupied by the Zionist Filth like Gaza and the Westbank.
