Of course; anyone has permission to cover any of my songs at any time without any sort of charge whatsoever. I only ask that they give due credit to me for writing them in the process 
Actually, I might bring Spec down there myself (if the Czarina is willing to let me go), but if I do, I'll probably be composing another song just for the event, not just using one of the ones I've already written.
