You've killed a lot of PKers, but there's a lot of PKers there...ask yourself: How many PKers have we NOT killed in shearbank.
If you're after a specific one, you'll almost never find him.
Which is why the Angels don't hunt PKers...If you happen upon them, take them down to one, and leave their fate to the inhabitants of the building, it's much more fun.
the only clear way i've found to stop PKers who are specifically going after your faction is to just ignore them, but some are so darned determined not even that works.
