zombiesly3r, don't go to Canada in case of draft. Don't. After 9/11 Canada signed an agreement with the U.S. stating that any draft dodgers would be arrested and sent back to the U.S.
If you want to escape a draft, I think the only solution is head down south to the border. Or swim to Europe.
In school we had a mock congress, some girl passed a bill stating that U.S. would cut ties with Israel. Barely passed. Was pretty fun.
