Yes if you want to go into the degrees of Horrible. From what i recall, the israelis still control all the flow of traffic into and out of Gaza and the Westbank, as well as general traffic inside. Also they maintain several bases with in the occupied territories as well as control all air and naval traffic.
Add all that together and what do you get

However, to the average westerner it looks like"dem animals arr killin eachutha bekuz they dont like gawd." Which, combined with the famine, is a good reason for the israelis to come in and reoccupy the territories under the pretext of "Humanitarian Intervention."
