The slow temper is something I'm working on, I have a pretty hot temper right now, but I'm trying to cool it so I can hold the hatred longer. Do you do yoga or something to work on that? I'm just curious, of course... Mostly just breathing exercises, and I like to remind myself that freaking out will make me look bad. Besides, as a current ex-friend now knows, it's far more fun when you make the other person look bad.
