well they outnumber us but we outweigh them... but anywho China is starting to grow very much like us economically wise (so said my high school teacher) thats why their so high up, but anyways NOONE wants to get into war, A. china's could be a business partner. B. we have nukes. C. as for restricted...i dunno, we kicked the crap out of iraq the only problem was we had to stay there....so we're getting torn up piece by piece by terrorist groups
