Made it 'cause I was bored. Stole the base from one of those map sites, then added the outlines and NT locations myself.
Yep, the whole city. Green outlines are zones of influence for Malls (10x10 square); blue outlines are zones of influence for Forts (9x9 squares). Green dots are NT buildings. All others are colored the same way they are in-game. Yellow lines are suburb boundaries.
Hope it proves useful in some fashion or another.
