Oh...you have no idea how the roads here are...they're very dangerous...can't even get past a block without nearly being hit...There are even people driving on the wrong side of the road!!! The cops are on every 5-10 blocks, but they don't even care if you get hit or some idiot runs a red light or drives on the wrong side of the road. The only arrest I even saw them make today was a silly pickpocketer...
