Anyone with enough spare time can make chemical weapons, does that mean everyone should be put in Guantanamo Bay for being suspected terrorists?
In case of wars and stuff, I'll go into the woods with a knife and hide out in a cave for a couple of years. Occasionally coming out of the woods to raid food stores at night.
