Actually, that was me. I can't make any guarantees. A friend of mine used to be into the whole "forbidden data" thing about 7 years ago, and he had a copy of the Anarchist's Cookbook. The recipe was one of the few in it that didn't involve getting one's hands on strictly regulated chemical compounds.

As cookbooks go, it's kind of like having a book of recipes that are all based on having a steady supply of the fat of newborn children to add to all your food. In fact, you'd likely find it much easier to find suppliers of newborn children than some of the compounds the Cookbook demanded.
