Four languages? That IS impressive, I only speak two so far... Then again, you have the advantage of age over me.
I've never heard about national towers either... Sounds a bit like a Mayan temple or something, where you go up and watch the stars, and based on the drawings in the stone up there make prediction about the future. Though it's probably not quite that awesome...
