I had no idea, I just assumed I'd develop the muscles I needed for parkour when doing parkour, and I figured some body weight wouldn't hurt either... Though I should really go to the gym, I am paying a monthly fee for nothing right now... At least go to the power yoga or something, that's good for hang overs as well by the way... Though you might fall a few times.
Shaking sounds a bit odd actually, never heard of that before. Might be an idea to ask a doctor, or a gym instructor or something?
