i use my schools gym, so its just a room filled with weights. Its actually better stocked than most of the gyms in my area though... and its free!
Doing some upper body work wouldnt hurt for parkour, especially back and shoulders if your flinging your body around alot. If you are gonna start get someone to go training with you, on your own absolutely sucks and limits what you can do
