Well - I'll see what I can do on the diplomatic front to shut down Cypherzero. The GBP are unlikely to be especially sympathetic to the Angel's situation, but I suspect they also want to run a tight ship - I figure they'd rather help us than be forced to admit they can't maintain order in the suburb they try to run.
