The plot thickens - if you need evidence proving that the same Cypher Zero that killed the Angels is the same Cypher Zero that Buncy plays, look at the edit history of Buncy's personal wiki page.
While Buncy no longer presently claims to have any characters beyond "Buncy the Frog" and "Buncy the Zombie", he used to have a similar link to the profile of his character "Cypher Zero" which is the very same as the Cypher Zero I have had in my contacts since the PKing.
This IS Buncy the Frog, co-leader of the GBP - beyond any doubt.
