I'm a fully trained and qualified medical professional; I think my keen senses and extensive diagnostic experience would allow me to detect and recognize my rotting, fly-swarmed corpse and insatiable hunger for the flesh of the living, subtle and infuriatingly vague as these symptoms may be, as signs that I might be suffering from undeath.
