actually, I wasn't the first to realize this
Mr. Burgundy apparently changed several somewhat uncommon words into one very offensive one...I'll leave it to you to discover which one. (hint, they sound alike)
EDIT: Using a seperate function, I could disable the ability to censor whole words and turn every instance of the letter "A" to "Elephant". that way, whenever anyone wanted to type "America", it would look like this:
Elephantmericelephant
