I've done some initial research on what my giant weather machine is going to do precisely:
I think I can induce hurricanes with a space based microwave system
or create huge squall lines by induces high powered wind streams via hyperpowerful jet
I haven't quite found a way to make it snow...cooling is REALLY hard to do, anywhere, cooling huge chunks of air is exponentially harder than warming them
