Murray wipes his hand off on the side of his tattered black slacks before extending his hand in response, "Murray. Good working with you. You have a nice little set up here, even the people who are slightly off-kilter provide a certain ambiance." He stopped to take another drag on the cigarette. "I may have to take you up on the offer, despite the lack of a dental plan. It looks like Lachryma and Tova may have full health covered, though."
After wandering back to the bar and ordering up another whiskey, Murray said, "I've been working on the 'cades since this shit started going down, you know. People kept saying after Caiger that the 'bots would do all the work, but they break down too easily and do too shoddy a job. Just a pile of debris that no one can shoot through or get around, as opposed to actual construction. Stickling and Ackland have always had a much better barricade setup anyway."
As he finished up his cigarette he asked Melody, "So how long have you been holed up in here?"
