Lachryma barely looks up from from treating Murray.
"Uzi? For needle? What is point? Is one shot, one revive, so automatic weapon is not useful."
She pulls out a bag of blood from her medkit and hooks it up to Murray's arm. She then puts her full attention on Vito.
