Over the course of several hours, Murray lay on the ground, the revivification solution taking a long time to work its magic due to a slight misplacement on the part of Tova (to be fair he was being attacked). When he finally came to, back from the dead, the Elbow Room was empty. Everyone else either eaten or somewhere else. As he reached at the aching pain at the base of his spine, Murray grabbed the syringe still jammed in there and pulled it out with a quick spasm.
Still on the floor nearby was his Tumi bag. Still together and unplundered from a days worth of activities. He grabbed it, wandered around the barricades peering out onto the street. Clear -- for now. He took off down the street, leaving the Elbow Room behind him.
