Using a couple of the strongest remaining chairs and a steel pole from god knows where, Leon creates the crudest sort of pulley for Specialist and throws and end of the rope down. He hops down into the basement with Specialist and helps him attempt to lift the surprise.
"What the hell is this? And are you hearing what I'm hearing down here?"
