the issue blue tigers raises is valid, Most of the Necrotech buildings around a fort require a good 10-12 AP to acess in a worse case scenario, which is a little better than the 3-4 it takes to get a mall up and running...it's even worse when you consider the odds of getting locked out of the fort: However, this downside is more than canceled out by the fact that forts have only one square that can be breached...that's an amazingly huge advantage when you consider how effective the NMC is at standing their ground on one square.
The best we can do is work against the forts downsides: COME with lots of syringes, and establish a revive cue INSIDE the fort, so we don't have to toddle out to the cemetary to revive.
