I just took a little tour of the suburb on foot. There was 106 zombies outside and 210 survivors inside the Blackmore. I also found 19 standing zombies outside Margaret's General hospital. The hospital was completely secured, but when I worked my way back around and inside, no one was there. There were also some other smaller groups of zombies in the areas around the Blackmore, but no more than 6 in one group and mostly just groups of 1 and 2.
