If I think of it that way, it's very true, but how low they stoop doesn't change how dangerous this is, if they keep the RRF tag (which I doubt they ALL will) it should be pretty easy, just scan everyone before reviving, if they are RRF, isntead of a syringe, they get a shotgun barrel in their head.
