Yeah, I'm kind of pissed that the RRF doesn't want to polka with us.
I play alot of games. Gaming is a pretty big hobby for me and theres always someone who will complain about imbalances and other things like griefing, meta/power gaming. I feel that these people are the worst because they want to make everyone else feel guilty for they're inability to enjoy themselves. I always say, if you want games with absolute balance then go play checkers or rock, paper, scissors.
As for the PK'ers in the area. There's two types. The Plain old asshats and the Death Cultist Insurgents. Their main strength is mass surprise attacks. However, those get harder to execute after the first time they do the ambush, because the names of the PK'ers are recorded and an eye is kept out to make sure they don't do it again.
The Asshats, I have alot of respect for because they're just fooling around and having fun. If we want them to stop then don't give them all the attention they want by going out of the way to kill them and and showing you're annoyed by them. Part of the thrill of being a random Asshat Pk'er is the thrill of being hunted by other people and the reaction. I don't see them being too big of problem, to me they're what makes the game realistic and add an interesting pace to things.
The Insurgent style PK'ers are the ones i dislike. Groups liek the Apocalypse Horde, Red Rum, and PH that coordinate as zombie proxies in PK'ing for a cause or goal of driving people out. These guys take out all the fun of griefing. Whatever happened to just plain old chaos spree kiliing? Why do we have to justify being a douche? The strategy of hunting these guys down and killing them is probablly the best way to deal with them, because theyre less dangerous as a zombie (Usually Death Cultists are high levelers but its varies on each individual). The biggest problem is that theyre getting revives somewhere. Most likely from a non-descript alt.
Since the RRF has made it clear they now accept death cultist insurgencies this is probablly going to be the new way Glorious Battle will be conducted. I can't really complain, because I have been pretty bored in Riddleybank, but I'd rather kill zombies.
This one should probablly be intiated, and I'll volenteer myself to patrol the Northeast Buildings of Riddley for PK'er and Death Cultists. However, lets call it what it actually is, Death Squading, because this a much more terrifying term than bounty hunter. Another thing we need to be aware of is that if a survivor has alot of zombie skills and no combat skills then he's technically not a threat and doesnt need to be PK'ed. He's technically spying but its not a big deal, because theres no secret that theres people in buildings.

4) Bastard Bounty Hunters. In order to keep our dangers of PKers and death cultists to a minimum, we need to have a coordinated force of volunteers hunter to patrol Greater Blackmore and hunt down those survivors who are confirmed to be enemies of other survivors. We need these hunters to range around the suburbs and into safehouses to dispatch any zombies who have been revived and will attack us while they're alive. If we keep our areas unsafe for PKers to stay near us we can make it quite difficult for them to harass us.
