We should maybe add a one month anniversary sticker to the Battle of Blackmore page. Something maybe for any significant siege that lasts that long.
By the way, I picked up World War Z by Max Brooks yesterday. In-depth and funny as hell. It's got any significant nation or culture's response to a zombie apocalypse which gets pretty cool as he covers something like thirty nations. The U.S., Britain, Russia, India, Israel, S. Africa, China, Austrailia, South Pacific, Chile, Cuba, everywhere. There are a couple things I'd wish would make the crossover from the book to Urban Dead. All the American soldiers in the book refer to the zombies as Zack, like all the soldiers in those Vietnam movies call the Viet Cong, Charlie (or Charles when he's being clever). There's already something like calling the zombies Zed or the C4NT's insistence on attributing all intelligent moves of the zombie's to Wes Mantooth. Zack's pretty cool though... And if you read the book and check out the Redeker Plan, it's pretty goddamn savage but I could see it being applied to Malton easily.
When you begin to look at Malton as a whole with the western Malls and Giddings with Blackmore in the middle of zombie central you begin to see the Redeker Plan in the book is already sort of in action. I won't get into it any deeper here in case somebody wants to pick up the book and doesn't want anything spoiled. If anyone isn't going to get the book and wants to see how it might be applied to Malton-wide strategy I'd be happy to paraphrase for them.
