Any chance we can arrange to have a Bounty Hunter Corps established? Perhaps 10-12 dedicated members that will be granted full sanction to terminate the PK/GK threats without fear of ramifications from others.
We can do up a Wiki Page stating our goals and cause and make sure the news gets out there to everyone. Others can then notify our dedicated group of trouble and we could take the bounty and deal with the problem(s).
