We can do up a Wiki Page stating our goals and cause and make sure the news gets out there to everyone. Others can then notify our dedicated group of trouble and we could take the bounty and deal with the problem(s).
I'm going to commission the Greater Blackmore Life Battalion whose purpose will be to patrol Greater Blackmore to search for PK-GKers. I'll write up a thread on it as soon as I finish with the wiki.
