Ok. I guess this didn't go too far. I haven't seen all our PK reports, but I'm not so sure we're getting any from you guys. We just got one against a BBB member today:

Is Brigsten a member? We're really getting stuck here, because he PKed Betaguy, who doesn't currently have a bounty. Without any proof that Betaguy PKed anybody, we don't have much reason to deny the PK report. That leads us to the same problem that brought me here in the first place.
Is it possible to get the BBB on board with our PK system?
