So what is our plan?

Ok, I've been out of it a bit lately. I've been wandering around the Ackland and Shearbank areas ever since Blackmore fell and I've been a bit busy. I haven't had time to read everything on the forums, so what is the current plan that seems to be what we're going with? And is Shacknews going for Caiger or Shearbank? I've heard both now and it'd probably be a good thing to know.
