(1) We should open up as many fronts as possible; the hammer-blow of Shacknews can only be in one place at once. This means a campaign to retake Caiger, as well as whatever other trouble we can stir up for the zeds away from Greater Blackmore.
(2) I like Yaznov's fluid defense idea for dealing with Shacknews' return to the Blackmore Building. When we see them coming, we disperse, 'cading as many buildings as possible, filling them with a few survivors, killing Shacknewsers whenever possible to waste their AP (with Free Running, we've got much more to spare), and generally trying to be in as many places where they are not as possible. We've shown that we can retake the Blackmore Building in the event of it falling pretty handily; what we don't want to see is another total slaughter and morale victory for the zeds. Let the Blackmore be a beehive, not a clay pot, to Shacknews' sledgehammer. This will, of course, require good scouting and coordination - but any plan to win against Shacknews will require this.
