Meh. This sod's really beginning to get on my nerves. The 'keep off the radio' approach doesn't seem to be working - it just means everyone in the mall is hearing from him, and only from him. I think we need to do two things:
- a concerted 1:1 PR effort; if you revive, heal or otherwise save someone, or setup/fuel a genny etc. tell people you're from the Rangers, it'll show people we're actually doing good things.
- Find the 'Envoy' and treat him and anyone else in his group to a close-up display of a Rangers server reset special coordinated strike.
