I guess that could be because we don't have a permanent hq, in fact we barley use temporarily ones, which could make the meat shields drop out while me move to another place. Would that mean that a meat shield is a player that logs on occasionally, but don't really care about getting really involved in the game, for example, being active on a forum, etc.

And what does solicitations mean? I'm not an English native, or whatnot it's called.
