TRUCE WITH FLOWER CHILDREN???
Hibby is in the library now, asking for truce, saying that if we'll re-cade libraries after we leave them he's willing to end the bloodshed. I asked about libraries that, having had a taste of our Quartly traditions, desired to continue in a like fashion. He said that if the usual residents desired such a thing they "deserve what they get when those zeds turn on them."
Also, he's drinking gin and reading Clive Barker in a manner that is more Quartly than anything the FOD have displayed thus far.

It sounds reasonable to me: so much so that I'm a little wary. But if it's on the up-and-up, I don't see a problem. I mean, under the Free Information movement we want to see all libraries stay un-caded, but he's left us that loophole of local desire--if the regulars like being un-caded we can leave it that way.
