The LCD is a human group, we support the creation of a survivor zone but do not want to come into conflict with the QSG and it's goals. We like a good book as much as the next guy.
So if you guys are working together against those who are bustin into the mall, then maybe we need to talk truce cause we plan to be in Roftwood for a bit. And we might need library cards!

Ghoulius and I, along with Zoutroi (another one of my team) were guests in Quartly Library. Yes, we are in the Ridleybank Resistance Front, and yes, we are in the strike team The Gore Corps. And yes, we are PKers when we're human. However, we were in Quartly for the lecture series - I gave one on death cults, and Ghoulius was preparing to give a lecture on PKing when he was eaten. We were defending the library, ourselves and our hosts while we were guests there. Hence the "Touch not, lest ye be touched - RRF Gore Corps" painted on the outside of the library. Not that it did any good.
As far as the rest of Roftwood, including the mall, it's fair game. And now that I'm dead (again) you can probably plan on seeing me again real soon.
