It's been quite a while since we've had an emergency on the homefront.
It's quite the quiet place now, we'd like to share our holiday festivities...

You are inside Quartly Library. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here are MoreThanDork (60HP), Dr Ransom (60HP), Lochiel (60HP), Tim Tim Tim (50HP), Marte the Moocher (60HP), Flickman666 (60HP), Von Luthius (60HP), sarah tonin (60HP), Charles Darwin (60HP), Scheffler (60HP), Dale McGillicuddy (60HP), Father Leary (60HP), Marina (60HP) and Abin (60HP).
A portable generator has been set up here. It is running. A recently-cut fir tree has been propped up in a crude stand, decorated with green and white lights.
Somebody has spraypainted Viva literacy - QSG onto a wall.
