You are inside Eligius General Hospital. It was one of the last to be evacuated, and seems to have been cleared out in a hurry. The building has been loosely barricaded.
A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.
Somebody has spraypainted asshole doctor is a douchebag onto a wall.
