Had the misfortune to be sleeping in a building they'd selected as a staging area for a raid. After a day or so looking for a revive, I steeled myself for the weeks ahead - I would find a flak jacket and then hunt that bastard down.
Later that day, I found a flak jacket on the second search attempt and then the guy whom killed me dozing in the original building we started in.
Probably still smarter than some of the bounty hunters whom visit the library.
