I suppose that if it's possible to lead a group you're not actually officially part of, then it's possible to have a dual group affiliation.
Also, that RCC idea looks fairly interesting. I'll try and see if I can't get them and the Zone Defenders to collaborate a bit, since they both have vested interests in the area...
