Well, ordinarily we probably would make an effort to defend the Mall. However, as most of our groups were very recently involved in the defense of Nichols and Blackmore, we probably don't have a lot of manpower alive, active, and ready to try to make a real stand as of yet.I guess that's true. I really shouldn't have argued as far as I have, since I don't disagree with the use of river tactics as much as I now probably seem to be, but something in Animatronic's attitude just makes me want to disagree with him just out of spite. Nichols and Blackmore really must have been a drain on manpower.

No, i didn't. I just said that it would be very hard to defend against a well co-ordinated zed attack, since they all know when to strike, we would not know when, so we can only check once and a while, and if there is a break in, hope that there are some other people online, checking the fourm, and are on IRC. Unless we spy, which would never happen, ever, with suger on top.EDIT: Or are online all the time, which i frankly find very booring, since most people get online when i go to sleep...
We wouldn't need to be online all the time, just assign groups (preferably from multiple time zones) to be online at all times, possibly overlapping a bit. So, let's say we have 6 100-man groups, one active (and periodically refreshing) from 0:00 GMT to 4:10 GMT, another from 4:00 GMT to 8:10 GMT, another from 8:00 GMT to 12:10 GMT, then the next one from 12:00 GMT to 16:10 GMT, etc.
And thus, at any given time the zeds would attack, a group of 100 survivors would be ready to reinforce the cades, alert others and in a worst-case scenario repel any intruders before they can open the way for others. Of course, this sounds easier in theory than in execution.
