I would say your best bet is to get free running first so that you can move basically anywhere you want. After that I would get diagnosis, construction, and then shopping. Finally filling up on the gun and hand to hand stuff. However like YMI said we really dont care if you dont have those yet its not that big of a deal, you will get them eventually. Mostly the rangers are looking for someone who enjoys to play the game and have fun with it. Most of us dont care if we die or not, my main had died 62 times, we know thats all part of the fun and excitement of the game. We enjoy doing risky things in game because that is what makes it fun, and that really is the reason we play to have fun and socialize with people we would otherwise never have met.
