Hey folks, as the alt of a veteran of the Battle of Blackmore (Mek Quake, ABC Warriors), I know what a classy bunch you are, so I'm appealing for help.
Over in Chancelwood, Haslock NT has been under siege for over two months, ever since extinction came calling. We've held on, even when we were the only non-ruined building in the area, and as the surrounding suburbs recovered, we remained under siege, and kept the revive point in nextdoor Curton Mansion running.
Numbers of green fellas and survivors have fluctuated, but we're currently around 80 humans facing around 110 standing zeds. Survivor numbers have fallen lately, and zeds are on the rise, but morale remains pretty high. We've got a great bunch of defenders, despite the difficulties in resupplying (the nearest mall is ~20AP away) and the usual problems of PKing, genny trashing and zerging zeds.
I'm appealing for help as it seems to be a critical time for us right now. After two months under siege, we really need to try and break the horde outside, and to repel them at every turn, but we need all the help we can get.
If any NMC members can help, or if you have an alt that can lend a hand, even for a few days, we'd be grateful.
Haslock's been a great home, and we want to hold on to it. Did I mention the Free Pie and the Monkey Shrine?
