Where is everybody?

So far, they haven't managed much. They tore down a PD and some other place, but that's about it from what I've heard. There is quite a few breaches at the mall from time to time, but they don't seem to last very long at all. And they also seem to be fever successful breaches. But I might be wrong about that last part. And hopefully we get both more zombies and survivors joining in... Could turn into one hell of a battle if we're lucky!
