Right now I'm watching Ergo Proxy and Texhnolyze. Ergo Proxy is very good, but it is also quite slowly moving, so some patience is required. Same things gors for Texhnolyze, but I have only watched the two first episodes so far.
Paranoia Agent good as well. And if you haven't seen Paprika yet, I'd recommend that one too.
I just watched FLCL for the first time recently, that show is pure awesome. I was impressed, and I'm a bit of an elitist when it comes to anime.
